It seems it was just another day at the office for the Fox Creek Cross Country teams! Just about everybody ran at or set their PR’s in the most important race of the season. The 2019 finished as the best season for both the boys and girls cross country teams!
The boys, who qualified 12th, ran their best race of the season to finish in 10th place. Trey Armstrong (40th) and David Witt (41st) both ran the course in a school record 18:20! The other scorers: Kenny Miller (69th, 19:17), Anthony Monaco (73rd, 19:28), and Gavin Glass (80th, 19:58) all finished under 20 minutes. Dalton Sanders (85th, 20:15) and Evan Wright (106th, 22:28) were the other racers for Fox Creek.
The girls qualified 11th and finished in 11th. Natalie Feyan led the way for the Lady Predators, equaling her school record run from last week, finishing in 43rd with a 22:40. Brennley Furness (60th, 23:26), Anna Smith (74th, 24:40), Juliana Guest (88th, 25:40), Kenzie Tullis (91st, 26:19), and Ana Albornoz (92nd, 26:25) also finished for Fox Creek! The team would like to thank everyone for their support this year, it has really meant a lot to us.
